Sterling Health & Fitness provides consultancy and contract management services for organisations wishing to develop and operate Health & Fitness Facilities. We are an operating division of Sterling HealthCare Ltd, a nation-wide organisation providing a complete and flexible Occupational Health Service.
Sterling Health & Fitness was created as a direct response to the needs of our existing clients. These companies view fitness as having a fundamental benefit in combating sickness absence, organisational change and the increasing demands that they recognise they place on their people.
