All immunisation programmes can be conducted on or off site under the supervision of a Senior Nursing Adviser. A full history of all candidates is taken prior to any drug administered followed by an observation period post immunisation in accordance with recommended guidance and practice. Full records are maintained of administered doses along with any observations made and entered into the individual's medical records. Sterling Healthcare operates an automatic recall service to ensure all individuals are recalled at the right time interval for re-immunisation. |
